"EqualizeHer is an initiative to achieve equal representation of women across all aspects of the music industry, from recording studios to stages to board rooms" (EqualizeHer).
I've been so lucky to be able to assist the awesome women running the EqualizeHer social channels with graphic design and social video content. Whether it's featuring the inspiring women of the music industry, or covering the empowering events EqualizeHer hosts, I'm grateful knowing that my work helps spread a message that can create hope and passion for generations of women and young girls.
Besides my standard graphic design using the Adobe Creative Suite, I also have learned the ropes of Canva! There, I built out a number of template assets, like those seen above and below, so that the awesome ladies on the social media team can go in and put whatever text makes the most sense for any given post.
And I can't forget any of the really accomplished women in the industry that I was able to interview, allowing me to have fun creating video projects like these for EQH.
